Services

Acting on your behalf and in alignment with your intentions, I develop and organize projects outside the reach of your time, team, background, or experience. By managing the scope of work, technical resources, and external agency interactions necessary to achieve your goals, I keep you informed and in control of your project’s progression.

These projects might involve the development of hunting, fishing, or other recreation interests; construction of a private residence, retreat, or venue; or the development of wildlife habitat, conservation, natural resources, or renewable energy opportunities.

Oversight & Management

Successful projects require the coordinated efforts of a range of independent professionals, all with their own specific areas of expertise and responsibilities. By overseeing and managing technical resources, contractors, and third-party interactions — while working collaboratively with your legal, financial, and advisory team — I streamline processes, maximize efficient workflow, ensure accountability, and avert costly complications before they arise.

Acting as your eyes and ears on the ground, I work directly for you, in your best interests, and in alignment with your goals. This allows us the flexibility to scale my support and responsibilities to match your needs, while also allowing me to hold other project contributors accountable on your behalf.

Revenue Stream Development

One of the many benefits of rural land ownership is the opportunity for multiple revenue streams. Recreational activities and natural resource development are the most common, and often the easiest, ways to generate additional income with minimal impact to the existing agricultural resources. These projects also require more intense and thorough due diligence, as well as potential operations and management considerations. Revenue stream development is an area of focus that brings my background and experience into one space.

Land Evaluation

A confidential land evaluation is an essential first step to accurately determine your asset’s resource and development potential. Whatever your goal, you’ll need to collect information about your land to determine what is possible and, more importantly, financially and physically viable. Evaluations can range in complexity from basic due diligence, to a database resource that is continually modified and updated as projects progress or conditions change. Regardless, it’s imperative to consider the immediate purpose of the land evaluation, who will need access to the information gathered (engineers, architects, government agencies, etc.), and whether it may potentially serve any future use.

Professional Resource Vetting

Professional resources include all of the third parties necessary to evaluate, design, and complete your project. I utilize my extensive network and experience to secure reliable resources that are capable of meeting the scope of work that’s required, while controlling ‘scope creep’ so that unnecessary costs and delays can be avoided.
